People

David Shelby, Agency Property Management Officer, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, has been with the EPA for almost 16 years. Mr. Shelby leads a national team of more than 75 property managers coordinating more than 100,000 assets at about 175 facilities. He is a member of the Property Managers Executive Council for federal government as an advisory member on environmental asset policy. Mr. Shelby will again be participating in the Federal Asset Leadership Insights – Federal Executives Panel Discussion on Thursday 14 November at 3 pm Eastern. Register at this link.
