Anto Budiardjo, President, Padi, and Kimon Onuma, President, ONUMA, started 2025’s ALN Th@3 pm ET on a high note by agreeing that a main factor in organizations not realizing full value from assets that communicate with each other is owners not having an Asset Management governance system that covers all asset categories. During the discussion, Mr. Budiardjo indicated the Coalition for Smarter Buildings (www.C4SB.org) will be making an announcement in February that the Linux Foundation will standardize on the C4SB approach to having assets communicate with each other.
