ISO 55000 was highlighted at a concluding panel presentation at the 2018 Voice of Blockchain conference on Chicago’s Navy Pier, August 24 – 25, 2018.
Blockchain is the underlying technology behind Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Blockchain is a distributed ledger that allows transparent, immutable records to be created regarding business transactions. The presentation showed how ISO 55000 can be used to guide creation of asset visuals that help stakeholders agree to business transactions that are recorded on a Blockchain.
