Consider Neurodivergence in the Workplace
Steve Course, Facility Manager, Retina Mid Atlantic, oversees multiple facilities and has brought his company into using a single CMMS program while dealing with his own neurodivergence. Mr. Course supports awareness Autism, Dyscalculia, and other neurodivergence issues. Dyscalculia is a condition similar to Dyslexia, but numbers and letters are transposed and blurred. When identified and addressed properly, leaders can benefit from the unique contributions of neurodivergent staff. We will discuss what leaders can do to be inclusive of neurodivergent people.
